Large windows for natural light. Brand new LED lighting, air exchange and air purification system. Complete with speaker system for radio and music.

EVENT STABLING
Brand new heated and insulated event stabling building. Featuring fifty-nine 12′ x 12′ box stalls with matted flooring and two 10′ x 12′ wash bays with hot water on demand on the interior, and 4 cold water wash bays on the exterior of the building. Windows for natural light, ample LED lighting and electrical outlets and cold water taps distributed throughout the aisleways for your convenience.
BOX STALLS
Twenty-seven 12′ x 12′ box stalls, all outfitted with rubber mat flooring. Clean, bright and well ventilated for the comfort and well being of the horse.
TURNOUT PADDOCKS
Individual sand turnout paddocks featuring brand new wooden fencing with electro tape. Paddocks feature shelters and automatic waterers.
SUMMER GRAZING
Large private or individual summer grass grazing pastures. Featuring shelters and automatic waterers.
